By sending electronic confirmation of your purchase order, the customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to respect the terms and conditions that are posted on this website.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
The time required to prepare your order is usually 24-48 hours. The shipping time is between 3 and 20 days (except weekends and “European holidays”) depending on your location and the volume of your order. Larger and heavier orders take more days to arrive than small packages and/or single items.
Thedelivery time is from 9.00 to 18.00 and it is absolutely necessary to be contactable at the phone at all the mentioned hours in order to avoid the delays on the delivery and charges for non-availability
Some heavy loads will be placed on “euro pallets” so it is important to obtain suitable staff to carry such goods within the home or sports center. The courier is not obliged to make any delivery to the floor.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are automatically processed at the time of your check-out for packages lighter than 5kg.
For packages larger than 5kg or heavy and complex orders shipping is calculated as “per order” and is added to your total manually by our staff. We do this in order to keep shipping charges at minimum and strike the best deal for you. Shipping cost is added to your order within one working day.
