Flat Foot Power Cage with Smith Attachment

The Flat Foot Power Rack  measures 2.30mt in height  with an 65cm inside depth and an 137cm x 122cm overall footprint. A V- Pull-Up Bar and a set of sandwich j cups are included standard.

The Smith Attachment is specifically designed for seamless integration with the flat foot Power Cage, transforming it into a comprehensive Smith Machine. This innovative attachment allows for the utilization of a free bar concurrently, enhancing the versatility of the rack beyond a standard Smith machine.

Featuring a slider system with precision-engineered steel ball bearings, the Power Rack Smith Machine combination ensures exceptionally smooth and fluid movements during workouts. Notably, the design allows for flexible attachment to either the front or back of the Power Cage, offering users the freedom to choose their preferred configuration.

For those seeking a more holistic training experience, the Smith Option also accommodates the addition of a functional trainer pulley system. This combination seamlessly blends traditional and modern training methods, providing users with a comprehensive and adaptable fitness solution.

Optional extras include, strap safety system, pin pipe safety system, custom coloring and lettering on the uprights.
