Our target is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with your order, you can exercise your right to return part or all products purchased within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
It is clarified that, the returned products should not be damaged and the labels that accompany the product should exist, exactly as you received the product with the retail receipt. You should also have earlier communicated through e-mail to email@example.com in order for you to be given instructions and a return code.
In all of the aforementioned cases, the expenses for the refund are charged to the client.
For the return of a non-defective product, the return cost is charged to the client.
