Push/Pull Sled

This sled can be pushed or dragged improving the athlete’s strength and power in his/her anterior and posterior chain. Condition your strength or speed by manipulating the weight you add on it. Anchor a rope on the sled and use it as a pulling sled. It can be used in various surfaces, from artificial turf to assphalt.
