Jammer Arms

The Jammer Arms could be attached to our Power Cages, Rigs & Wall Mounted Foldable Rack.

The Jammer Arms can be set-up for dead lifts, bench pressing, various rows, shrugs, cleans, snatches and many more exercises. They are versatile and allow the user to train with a safe and fun way.

Made from 3mm Steel suitable for both 6x6cm and 8x8cm cage or rig parts.
