When exercising Olympic weight lifting even a small increase in weight can make a huge difference. That’s why we give you small incremental options to give you the ability to load exactly the weight that you want to lift.

Fractional weights are also very useful for beginner athletes and kids that need to train at lower loads.

*Please keep in mind that the bar should not be dropped from height with only the fractional weights loaded as damage can be caused.
